Customer Call Center
The Public Works Call Center is a dedicated team of customer service professionals who are committed to receiving and tracking your request for service. We can be reached Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 4:30pm, at (510) 615-5566. You can also email the Call Center at PWACallCenter@oaklandnet.com or use the online form to report a problem.
The Call Center is supported by a complaint tracking system, which enables us to monitor your "request for service" through completion. Each request is assigned a tracking number, which you can provide to us during follow-up calls to determine the status of your request.
